●       One can’t predict the weather of Goa and therefore, it can rain anytime but we are not responsible for providing any kind of shelter but if you need shelter, then you need to pay extra cost to the vendor. If the wedding venue is at the hotel, then the wedding set-up can be shifted in indoors but in this case, also, you need to pay the amount to the hotel.

IF any extra guest arrives, then the wedding plan will go by following the contract policy.

Final Installment

The clients will need to pay the last installments for the wedding package before one day of the last event. If it is mentioned in SLA that it can be paid on the last day of the event, then the clients will need to pay it six hours prior to the event’s beginning. This will enable the proper functioning of the event because the payment will be made to the vendors and the payment will only be accepted in cash or demand draft.

Booking & payments

At the time of booking, the clients will need to deposit the 25% of the total fee along with the signed copy. The clients will have to pay the total amount before the last event and all the payments will only be received through bank transfers and demand draft only.

Refund & Cancellation:

The money will be refunded to the client only according to the cancellation policy as explained below and it might happen that it may take one to two months for refunding the total amount. The bank charges will be deducted from the refund amount if the payment will be made through the credit card or bank account.

Cancellation policy

●        The cancellation notice must be in the written from to IWP.

●        For all the other services, a strict cancellation policy will be applied.

●        Even during the cancellation, the client will need to pay 10% of service charge after booking with us.

Suggestions:

If you are making any kind of suggestion or recommendation to us, you will not have the right to force us to pay you or give you the name for the idea.
